"No news september" is over but continues. Author Ilona Andrews wrote a blog post in more depth about the dangers of the bad news, and ways to deal with it, see link below if you'd like to read it. But I really have got into the habit of avoiding it, and not getting sucked into the scrolling. Now, I did flick through an actual print weekend edition of the newspaper as there was one right in front of me, but again, I didn't feel like reading it although there were some tempting articles but none of them edifying. And even the supposedly edifying ones often make me feel worse as a human being!  Besides, I've got more important things to clutter my wee mind up with. Like coming up with new stories! Well, we're into October. October. What does that mean? It means we are only a few months away from Christmas, that's what it means!. Depending on where you live, its a good month for pumpkin pie but honestly, I'm not really a fan.  I love pumpkin, don't get me wrong. I love it. I grow them, I buy them, I adore it. Soup, roasted, boiled and mashed, oh my gosh, but the pie thing.... not so sure about that! Writing wise, I will, cross fingers have a new release out next month, November, the third Gabardi story, so stay tuned!
