If you watch sports, the world is in sports heaven at the moment.  The Netball world Cup just wrapped up in Australia. The Women's Football World cup is still on. The Rugby World Cup is happening in a month's time in France. There is probably tennis and cycling and other stuff happening as well but I've been vaguely following the Netball and the Football. Meanwhile, my only exercise, amidst watching all this physicality, is walking to the shops in the middle of the day to get some fresh fruit and veg, and get some exercise to account of the unhealthy sitting as I edit.
